The St James Management Group was established in 2008 as the career management arm of Allander Noble, Executive Search & Selection. The St James Management Group advises executives how to develop and enhance career strategies, and job hunting skills to enable them to achieve new appointments, or alternative careers.

We aim to help individuals maximise their own performance in their current employment, or who just need assistance in preparing for the current job markets. Tailored programmes include some or all of the following:

• Identification of individual strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities
• Identification and focus of career options
• Preparing for the job market “Routes to Market”
• Develops cv’s to meet career options
• Interview practice and performance
• Using the internet job sites, including social networking
• Psychometric profiling, understand your own personality
• Networking, how, what where and when
• Follow up counselling:
o Interview progress
o Refining the techniques
o Continued support

Programmes:

Our carefully structured programmes are designed to develop career plans and enter the job markets as quickly and as effectively as possible.

Individual 1-2-1 Job search programme – consists of fixed periods of two half day session, and access to helpline.

Individual 1-2-1 Counselling programme consists of on-going support, four half day sessions, plus access to helpline, and follow up review meetings.

Workshop Seminars, group sessions with limited 1-2-1 counselling, two half day sessions. We take a minimum of three delegates, and as well as tailored programmes to suit, our service also includes access to helpline for each participant. Continual, or fixed term support is additional and can be negotiated separately.

Our Consultants:

Our Consultants are all highly experienced in career management consultancy as well as mentoring company directors and senior managers. Each client will be allocated one of our lead partners – (see attached profiles), and will be supported by other consultants as required.
