The St James Management Group was established in 2008 as the career management arm of Allander Noble, Executive Search & Selection. The St James Management Group advises executives how to develop and enhance career strategies, and job hunting skills to enable them to achieve new appointments, or alternative careers.

We aim to help individuals maximise their own performance in their current employment, or who just need assistance in preparing for the current job markets.
